
So if you are interested in losing 5 pounds in a week...Listen Up!
1. Make a Commitment
Making a commitment to losing the weight will play a huge part in your weight loss success! You have to want to do it! You can't just wish for it and you sure as hell can't dream about losing weight! If you want this, you are going to have to work for it! Put yourself on a set schedule and follow through! You can do it!
2. Crave Water
In order to lose weight fast, you have to consume A LOT of water! Make sure to get at least 8 glasses of 8oz of water! Not only does water keep you hydrated but it will curb your appetite! The more water you drink the fuller you will feel! If you really want to rev up the weight loss drink ice cold water! Drinking cold water will rev up your metabolism because your body has to work to make the water room temperature! Drink up!
3. Stock Up on Those Negative Calorie Foods!
Negative calorie foods are foods that take more calories to burn than what they contain! When I discovered this it totally helped me drop the extra pounds! Lettuce is one of these little gems! To this day I eat shredded lettuce for meals topped with turkey! I guarantee if you substitute some of your meals with a pile of lettuce you will see results!
4. Eat Lots of Protein
This is key to losing weight! When I say Proteins, I don't mean eat any type of meat. I mean lean proteins! Many people often make this mistake and end up consuming very fattening proteins instead! Lean proteins are fish and skinless baked chicken. Eating this will make you feel fuller resulting in less food consumption! TIP: Avoid cooking in butter or fatty oils!
5. Get Active

So my friends, now that you know the tricks....
